Achieve optimal health with your specific plan of action. As both a wellness and physics expert, Katy is recognized internationally for her scientific and intuitive methods of designing therapeutic movement programs--simple solutions that provide clients a profound overhaul of health. Katy, Director and head scientist of the Restorative Exercise Institute, will be available for private sessions at the Retreat. The one-on-one consultation will include a discussion about your current health situation, factoring in your family history, personal habits, time limitations, and desired outcomes. Session includes consultation, alignment assessment, program design, and a home DVD program delivered to your home address. Allow 75 minutes. $300 USD. To reserve time with Katy, please select date/time and include your preference on your Retreat registration form.

Joni’s talents as an NLP* Master Practitioner, NLP Hypnotherapist and her NLP Health and Wellness background have assisted many clients to tap into their internal/external resources to make life choices that are important and live the life they want. Her coaching techniques are NLP based. Each of us has our ‘maps’ of the world and NLP calls each individual's perception of the world their 'map'. NLP teaches that our mind-body (neuro) and what we say (language) all interact together to form our perceptions of the world, or maps (programming). Each person's map of the world determines feelings and behavior. Therefore, impoverished - and unrealistic - maps can restrict choices and result in problems. As an approach to personal development or therapy it involves understanding that people create their own internal 'map' or world, recognizing unhelpful or destructive patterns of thinking based on impoverished maps of the world, then modifying or replacing these patterns with more useful or helpful ones. There is also an emphasis on ways to change internal representations or maps of the world in order to increase behavioral flexibility.

Yoga is a scientific system of physical and mental practices that originated in India more than three thousand years ago. Its purpose is to help each one of us achieve our highest potential and to experience enduring health and happiness. With Yoga, we can extend our healthy, productive years far beyond the accepted norm and at the same time improve the quality of our lives.
Donna was drawn to yoga in the early 1980’s as a way to strengthen and tone her body. She soon discovered that a regular yoga practice worked wonders for her body and also soothed her mind while opening her more fully to the underlying joys and spirit in life. Donna says, “There is something magical about the regular practice of yoga that brings me and those I teach to a deeper, more pleasant place within.”
