- Notebook or Journal and pen
- Yoga mat – Here are some options in the event you don’t have one

- Comfortable clothing, shoes that will support you during long walks
- Swimwear/clothes for water activities on afternoon of day #2 of retreat or during times you choose
- A small tote bag for the beach day – Afternoon of day #2 at retreat
- Eye mask and small white pillow that you receive from the airlines – this will be useful on day #3 at the retreat
- Lightweight blanket for Day #3 - Mailed to you during
